UNIVACCO Crossover Cold Foil Designs

In late 2012, UNIVACCO started its first crossover cold foil design with 20th Century Fox Inc. to launch Life of Pi gold cold foiled limited edition posters which won movie director, Ang Lee’s positive feedback and got 2012 FSEA Bronze Leaf Award in cold foil application section. This summer, UNIVACCO collaborated with Jimmy S.P.A. Co., Ltd., the sole agent of Taiwan-based illustration master Jimmy’s works to create two series of cold foiled products: sheet-fed offset cold foiled postcards & PP document folders and narrow web cold foiled stickers (as photos). Jimmy’s works has been published into books, adapted into dramas & films and even painted on aircrafts.
These cold foiled products are available in Jimmy Museum & Jimmy summer exhibitions and will also be displayed at UNIVACCO booth 6I13, Labelexpo Europe September 24-27.

Via interactions with elites in various graphic design fields, UNIVACCO has been trying to root its foil knowledge/design in their minds and hope to see more foiled effects & applications in near future.
