Guangdong Guan Hao produces in Zhanjiang Economic and Technical Development Zone, a special economic zone in the vicinity of a Largest Chinese ports north of Hainan Island. The integrated operation manufactures the raw paper on two paper machines. For the processing and further processing are available ten coating lines.

The product portfolio of the company and its subsidiaries includes specialty papers, such as Non-Carbon Required Papers, Thermal Papers, Carbonless Papers or security papers against piracy. New machine, new opportunities
The approximately 75-meter-long new coating and laminating line is approximately 8.2 meters wide, 6.7 meters high and consists of proven machine components from wifag // polytype. The precision complex comprises some 50 meters drying sections and is designed for a production speed of up to 600 meters per minute. The maximum web width of 1,670 mm, the maximum coating width 1,650 mm. The plant highly flexible and can be operated in its entirety as an integrated production line for self-adhesive labeling films. However, it can be shared thanks to a total of five up or unwinding in two parallel sections to be operated - as in a high-speed siliconizing machine one hand and a coating and laminating the other. This allows a large number of production steps that can run independently.
The shaftless winding stations can accept rolls up to 1,300 mm in diameter and 2.5 tons in weight. Two trolley-based and therefore easily interchangeable coating modules are planned - a roll applicator and a chambered doctor blade system. In addition, a flexo for example, enables the printing of labels carrier papers with brand logos of manufacturers. Better adhesion by corona pretreatment and powerful cooling and remoistening systems of WIFAG-Polytype Technologies AG allow production of label paper and coated specialty papers of the highest quality. The start of installation of the new production line is scheduled in beginning 2016, the corresponding building is already under construction. In first half of 2016, Guangdong Guan Hao will then begin production on its new wifag//polytype High Tech High Speed Label Paper Coating and Lamination Line.
