Siegwerk's Sicura Flex 39-8 used by Printcity

PrintCity is an alliance of leading operations in the printing and packaging industry who mutually support each other on certain projects.

In a recent project, a combination of UV inks, matt varnish and partially screen printing relief ink was used on a self-adhesive label to reproduce the effects of folding carton packaging, achieved using a metallized substrate and by embossing/debossing. The label has the same optical and textural effects as the packaging. The inks used were UV flexographic inks from the SICURA Flex 39-8 series. (www.printcity.de)
