ROTOCONTROL Unveils Next Generation RSP High-end Pharmaceutical Inspection Machine
The new fully automated finishing machine offers bidirectional operating mode for the production of both booklet and conventional labels.
ROTOCONTROL, a manufacturer of leading-edge slitter/rewinder inspection machines, today announced the general availability the RSP 440H, its next generation RSP high-end pharmaceutical inspection machine. The new fully automated finishing machine offers bidirectional operating mode and revolutionary capability of running production of both booklet and conventional labels.
The RSP 440H, an innovative solution for security sensitive industries, is built with features that conform to a wide range of stringent industrial requirements including pharmaceutical compliance demands. Built for customers who prefer a horizontal inspection configuration, the new RSP 440H features includes an unwind stand for rolls up to 1.2m diameter, 100% inspection system, high-speed dynamic buffer, fully automated knife positioning system, a secure multi-lane counting system for pharmaceutical labels and a complete security system before the rewind. ROTOCONTROL will be exhibiting at Labelexpo Europe 2013 in hall 7 stand L110 and encourages label converters to visit their stand to learn more about the RSP 440H. The company is set to demonstrate a new digital finishing line named the DT340FC that features an automated knife set-up system, an integrated full-automatic 4-spindle turret and a full range of optional finishing modules for varnishing, diecutting in register, slitting and rewinding of printed or blank labels. Held at Brussels Expo 24-27 September, Labelexpo Europe is the world's largest event for the label and package printing industry.
