ROTOCONTROL and EMT International Combine Forces

ROTOCONTROL, a manufacturer of leading-edge label slitter/rewinder inspection and finishing machines announced a merger that will combine forces with EMT International www.emtinternational.com, a world-class manufacturer of custom and standardized finishing equipment and accessories for narrow and wider-web digital and conventional print, headquartered near Green Bay, WI.

In the agreement with EMT International, the design and manufacturing of ROTOCONTROL finishing machines will continue at ROTOCONTROL headquarters in Linau, Germany while shared production with EMT International is planned for early Q3. Sales and service of ROTOCONTROL machines will remain available from Linau headquarters and ROTOCONTROL's network of agents. The addition of EMT International sales & 24x7 service from its headquarters in Green Bay, WI will enhance ROTOCONTROL support in North America.

Paul Rauscher, owner of EMT International, Scott Kettler and Marco Aengenvoort now form the board of directors for ROTOCONTROL. Further details of the ROTOCONTROL/EMT International amalgamation will follow in the coming weeks.
