RITRAMA TO EXHIBIT AT LABEL SUMMIT LATIN AMERICA. EXPANDING INTO THE SOUTH AMERICAN MARKETS.

Ritrama SpA, the leading Italian manufacturer of self-adhesive materials with 23 production facilities worldwide has further expanded its global presence. The company will be exhibiting at the next Label Summit Latin America Trade Show, taking place in Cartegena - Colombia - from 26 to 27 April – stand 65.

The company will present their latest comprehensive collection of materials for wines and spirits, a premium selection of label materials to embellish the appearance of the most prestigious brands in this field. They will also display a range of other films - together with natural and coated papers - specifically developed based on customer and market requirements to fulfil the highest quality standards in the cosmetic and food labelling markets, such as labels for delicatessen and organic products.

Ritrama will also present uncoated papers for variable information printing and self-adhesive materials for direct contact with food. These are fully compliant with all major regulations governing the food industry. The company will also showcase advanced films such as Globalflex (clear and silver); Soft-Touch, a thin polypropylene film that provides a smooth velvet texture for personal care product packaging and cosmetic products; Clear on Clear, for pharma and cosmetic applications and for all applications requiring high transparency; the Seal & Reseal range for cosmetic packaging, such as wet wipes which needs to withstand contact with moisture containing alcohol – as well as seal products designed to keep food fresh once the package is opened.

Label Summit Latin America 2016 is an excellent opportunity for the Ritrama Group to display their expertise in the pressure sensitive market. The South American market represents a key target area for Ritrama’s expansion strategy, where the group keeps investing in developing their distribution network. The first phase in this strategy was the opening of Ritrama’s coating and slitting centre in Chile in 2008 which was soon followed by the opening of distribution centres in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Brazil - and only recently, in Peru and the Dominican Republic.
