REYNDERS label printing acquires the Albeniz Group for expansion into Spain

Marc Reynders, CEO of REYNDERS label printing and Javier Téllez Moreno, Managing Director of Albeniz Group are pleased to announce the merger of Albeniz into the Reynders Group who as of now owns 100% of the shares of the company based in Pamplona (Navarra/Spain). The full integration of the Spanish site into Reynders label printing will be concluded in Q1/2019.

Soon after the first meeting between Reynders and Albeniz it was clear that the two companies share identical DNA that powers their mutual passion for labels. Both groups are family owned, with the same deep-rooted dedication for their personnel and their customers alike.

Both organisations are convinced that, combining the knowledge and experience of Reynders and Albeniz, all stakeholders - internal and external - will benefit from this operation.

Javier Téllez Moreno and his management team will continue to lead the operations in Pamplona.
