REM srl wins SCREEN Dealer Award 2021

REM srl has scooped the SCREEN Europe Dealer Award 2021. SCREEN recognises the Italian reseller of graphic-arts technology as being the bestselling Truepress Jet L350UV Label Printer dealer in the EU last year. It’s the second time since 2017 that REM srl has received this award, and REM srl has sold approximately 15 machines in the last three years.

The partnership between REM srl and SCREEN Europe has been running since mid-2017 for the Italian market. Playing an important role in the local market, REM srl represents and distributes machinery, equipment, and products from several prestigious international companies.

REM srl Managing Director Ettore Maretti says: “The introduction of the prestigious SCREEN digital press was a big addition to REM’s portfolio. Inkjet technology was already gaining huge interest when we started the partnership, and this has only been confirmed in recent years. This is a very important partnership for us, so we are very pleased to win this award for the second time. SCREEN is a leading company in manufacturing digital presses for self-adhesive labels.”

Taishi Motoshige, Marketing Director SCREEN Europe, commented: “For a global player like SCREEN, local partners are invaluable, especially in the European region where there are language differences. We are especially grateful for our partnership with REM srl – it’s a well-known company in the Italian industry and has an impressive customer base. Thanks to our strong relationship, SCREEN has been able to expand its business in Italy in a significant way.”

The L350 technology for printing labels was first unveiled in 2014, with the launch of the Truepress Jet L350UV, followed by later models the Truepress Jet L350UV+, Truepress Jet L350UV+LM, and the current Truepress Jet L350UV SAI S. The Truepress Jet L350UV SAI series offers greater stability, with printing speeds of up to 60 meters per minute.

The SCREEN Dealer Award 2021 was officially presented in May at the Print4All exhibition for the printing and converting market in Milan. From left to right: Taishi Motoshige, Carlo Sammarco, Ettore Maretti, Andrea Buttafava and Luca Montalbetti.
