Polyonics manufactures a broad range of high temperature materials designed specifically for barcode tags and labels used in harsh steel mill environments. The thermal transfer printable materials range from thermally stable polyimide, ultra-high temperature aluminum and cost efficient paper laminates.

The print surfaces are UV resistant and don't soften, smear or yellow at high temperatures. They produce durable, high contrast barcodes that remain highly readable through the manufacturing process.
