POLIFILM to acquire Mondi Osterburken

POLIFILM EXTRUSION GmbH, Weissandt-Goelzau has signed today an agreement with Mondi to acquire the shares of Mondi Osterburken GmbH. Completion of the potential transaction would be subject to the usual regulatory approvals.

This processes could last several months.

The enlarged company would have significant opportunities to deliver extended customer solutions, improve operational efficiencies and leverage expertise.
