Ownership changes within Eson Pac Group
Since Eson Pac Group made the acquisition of Strålfors Identification Solutions (SIS) 2011-09-03 from Strålfors, owned by Postnord, Strålfors have had a minority owner share of the Eson Pac Group.
The ambition have been to find new owners to this part, this is now is a reality.
Inter IKEA Investments AB will be new part owners of the Eson Pac Group from 2015-08-31, when the shares will be taken over from Strålfors/Postnord.
Inter IKEA Investments AB invests in non-listed companies where they as active owners want to release the potential existing in the companies.
“All of us at Eson Pac; Management, other co-owners and employees, are very satisfied with our new partner. They will be able to support us in achieving our growth plan and strategy to become The Leading Partner for Complete Packaging Solutions in Europe” Michael Bolin, CEO of Eson Pac AB, explains.
“Besides high competence they add possibilities for us to do the needed investments in order to faster reach our goals” Michael Bolin ends.
