Nilpeter nominated for Label Industry Award for New Innovation 2011

At the upcoming Label Industry Global Awards 2011 in Brussels, Nilpeter has received a prestigious nomination for the New Innovation Award.

The New Innovation Award is awarded for a specific innovation by a supplier or converter company in the label industry and this year’s Nilpeter-nomination comes from Nilpeter's “Revolver” die unit. This unique system is based on the SMED principle “Single Minute Exchange of Die” and allows the operator to prepare a new die for the next process – while the press is running. During the job change the operator can focus on changing the printing units – and let the Revolver change die automatically. Lots of saved minutes and super ease of handling will result in a much leaner job change.
