Nilpeter to continue global growth
Danish press manufacturer Nilpeter is to continue on a global growth path and to decentralize its operations.
This assertion was made by Peter Eriksen (right), chief operating officer of Nilpeter, during a recent visit of the Prime Minister of Denmark, Helle Thorning-Schmidt (left), to the press manufacturer's headquarters in Slagelse as part of her re-election campaign.
'We clearly sense that we are entering a global growth period,’ Eriksen said. ‘We are doing well as a company, we have skilled people and look positively at the future.
‘Nilpeter is a true global player. Today we have manufacturing sites in Europe, USA and Asia, alongside seven fully owned daughter companies, to remain close to our markets and to support our customers locally. This is a central part of our strategy, and the decentralization is likely to continue.’
