Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. to Raise Prices in the Americas for Epoxy Resins and Bisphenol A

Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. ("Momentive Specialty Chemicals" or the "Company") today announced that it will increase its pricing for the following Epoxy Resins and Bisphenol A in the Americas effective July 15, 2014, or as contracts allow.

This price adjustment is driven by increases in key raw materials costs. All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged. Momentive account managers will contact customers to discuss this announcement in more detail.
