Label’Or, multi-award winner at the FINAT European Label Forum

Label’Or of Lontzen (Belgium) has been awarded two prizes at the annual forum of FINAT, the international professional association of label manufacturers, held in Amsterdam.

Label’Or, a family business with vast experience of almost 40 years in packaging and the printing of self-adhesive labels on rolls, has just been recognized with two prestigious awards in the competition organised by FINAT at its annual forum in Amsterdam:

- 1st prize in dry toner digital printing
- 1st overall Award in digital printing

For a label produced on a transparent material for Marcotty - La Salaison du Condroz, the jury particularly praised the excellent opacity of the white covering which enhances the brightness of the colours. The perfect legibility of information (in negative) and the label’s inclusion of a window so that the consumer can see the product, also caught the judges’ attention.

In addition, Label’Or was commended for its label for the beer label ‘’Val-Dieu Triple’’, submitted in the dry toner category.

Based at Lontzen in Belgium, Label’Or specialises in the manufacture and printing of self-adhesive labels on rolls, in small and medium-sized runs as well as larger runs, divided into several versions.

Every year the international label competition organised by FINAT, the international professional association of label manufacturers, brings together companies from the sector and recognizes the best products. More than 250 labels were submitted to the jury for judging. The awards bring well-deserved recognition of the skills of this family company,

founded in 1978. Label’Or successfully managed its migration to digital in 2008 and is now one of the leading lights in this sector.
