“Communicating wine – new packaging trends” October, 23rd Monopoli (BA) and October, 24th Cupramarittima (AP)
‘Communicating wine - new packaging trends’, the travelling wine packaging micro-fair stopped off this year in two different locations on the Italian boot: Monopoli (BA) at Tenuta Monacelle and Cupramarittima (AP) at Villa Vinci Boccabianca.
The two appointments, organised by Tonutti Tecniche Grafiche Spa, were attended by a large audience of wine producers and graphic agencies from Puglia and Marche to hear, by the voice of prestigious Wine Packaging players and a lecturer from the IULM University in Milan, the main innovations and the new trends for 2025.
Dr. Fiamma Rivetti of the IULM in Milan started the events with a rich insight into the role of Neuromarketing in the consumer buying process, highlighting the main factors and the buyers' reactions to it. This speech was particularly interesting as it provided keys to understanding the following speeches.
Tonutti Tecniche Grafiche described four new consumer segments and presented Collection 5, a range of 13 self-promotion projects designed precisely for these targets; Fedrigoni illustrated the new products in its catalogue with a focus on sustainability; Verallia spoke about emerging consumer trends, for which new bottles have been designed; Oropress explained the new applications of foils, which can be defined as a sustainable product, and Vinolok demonstrated that packaging plays a key role in enhancing the value of a product in such a way that it also influences its positioning and sales.
At the end of the speeches, participants were able to meet the partners up close and touch the many innovations in terms of labels, paper, foil, bottles and glass closures. They were also involved in a pewter label printing workshop that made them feel like ‘printers for a day’.
'This year's novelty was the creation of a gadget created by all the sponsors: a bottle of Verallia dressed with Fedrigoni paper and Oropress foil label printed by Tonutti with a Vinolok glass closure. The label features a qrcode that allows access to all the contents of the event, an original way of communicating quality, innovation and creativity, in perfect synergy,’ says Dr. Barbara Pagnutti Marketing and Communication Manager of Tonutti Tecniche Grafiche Spa.
