CCL Industries Signs North American Distribution Agreement With ACG Pharmapack
CCL Industries Inc. (TSX:CCL.A)(TSX:CCL.B), a world leader in specialty packaging solutions for the consumer products and healthcare industries, announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with ACG Pharmapack for the United States and Canada.
ACG Pharmapack is a leading global producer of PVC films and coated aluminum foils for pharmaceutical grade tablet and capsule blister packaging lines with world class facilities in Pune, India. ACG will continue to handle sales of packaging equipment directly from its office in New Jersey. CCL Label will invest in its Raleigh, North Carolina facility in wide web slitting and state-of-the-art converting technology to make printed and slit for purpose films and foils accessible to its North American Healthcare customers alongside its label product lines.
