Belona wins price for sustainability

We are proud to announce that our new product Belona Linerless Labels received the price for packaging in the category sustainability, elected by the public and a jury at the Macropak. We previously reported about the start of production of our new product, labels without the backing paper. At Macropak we introduced linerless labels as the addition to our already extensive supply range of self adhesive products.

At Macropak we could also show the benefits of linerless labels for the whole packaging chain, like 50% less material usage, more labels per reel and thus per transport. Between a lot of new packaging methods and packages our product linerless labels was chosen as most durable!

This price confirms for us the added value of this product and gives us the confidence that, together with all partners in the packaging chain, we can make this product to a success.
