Apex International appoints new General Manager in Donora

Apex International, the globally leading manufacturer of anilox and metering solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Quidore as General Manager of Apex North America, located in Donora, PA. Kevin brings over 30 years of sales, operations, and supply chain management experience in the packaging and printing industry, having held a number of senior management and leadership roles, including CEO, COO, SVP and EVP, working across a diverse range of customer market segments (food, beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer/retail, electronics, automotive and QSR/IEO).

"I’m excited for the opportunity to lead Apex North America in its next chapter and to expand our presence,” said Kevin (right in photo). “We have a great team of employees and I’m confident we will continue to grow and exceed our customer’s expectations.” As GM, Quidore will oversee the day-to-day operations including production, strategic planning, sales, and marketing. Ruud van Cuijk (left in photo), Managing Director for North America, says he is very happy to welcome Kevin to the Apex team. “He brings the expertise, skillset and drive we need to maintain the standard of excellence we’ve established at Apex. He will be an integral part of our team and a big part of our future.”

Kevin is married 32 years to his wife, Lisa, and they have three great kids, Lara (a Columbia University graduate), currently teaching at a private French school in Boston with prior assignments in Singapore and the Netherlands, Liam, (a Boston University graduate), currently student teaching and serving as Instructional Neuroscience Lab Manager at BU, and Lili-An, 13, (entering the 8th grade this year). Kevin has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and has completed additional graduate studies at The Thunderbird School of Management, Penn State, Cornell, Stanford University and The National University of Singapore.
