All4Labels München GmbH invests in second Gallus ECS340, showing satisfaction of print quality, speed and efficiency.
Thanks to the merger of Baumgarten, RAKO and X-Label in 2016, All4Labels – Global Packaging Group has become the third largest label converter in the world. Since 2004, the All4Labels München GmbH production site has been offering its customers solutions for their packaging and printing needs, folding cartons, sleeves and also security technologies.
In January 2018, All4Labels München GmbH placed an order for a remarketed Gallus ECS340 equipped with 10 flexo printing units and a cold foil unit to add to its line-up of its existing machines. The new installation will be used to add to its production in the food and beverage market. “We are happy to have increased our production capabilities with another installation of a Gallus press, especially considering the reliability of our existing ECS”, says Oliver Finkbeiner, Managing Director. ”This new machine is our second ECS. The first one was installed in 2013 and is a reliable, very economic printing machine that has served our needs so far very well”, expresses Torsten Emmel, Plant Manager, “We are hoping that the latest one will push our output again and helps maintaining our high quality level”.
Since its launch, the Gallus ECS 340 has been the top-selling label printing machine with short web path. Nearly 500 machines worldwide provide daily support to Gallus customers in the label printing sector, helping them to increase productivity and cut costs. The outstanding web feed and the very short web path are decisive in delivering the excellent register performance of the Gallus ECS 340. At the Gallus Innovation Days, Gallus experts explained how multilayer labels can be produced by using a special web shifting unit. This proves that the Gallus ECS 340 has everything it needs to produce a variety of different labels.
