Stratus Packaging takes over Etanor

On 1 July 2019, ETANOR, a specialist in digital printing, became part of Stratus Packaging, one of the leading companies in the self-adhesive label market in Europe.

A digital pole

This acquisition enables the Stratus Packaging Group to strengthen its position in the north of France, where it is already present with Etinord, its BRC certified manufacturing unit. The digital site will be renamed Stratus Digital North.

‘We are pleased to welcome the Etanor team to the group, and we are convinced that our complementarities will allow us to give the Stratus Packaging Group a new dimension", says Isidore Leiser, CEO of Stratus Packaging Group.

"The combined expertise between the two units makes it possible to offer the group's customers a very wide range of printing solutions, and to provide them with concrete responses in terms of responsiveness and proximity, while being concerned to preserve the environment, since our production centers are close to our customers.’

Reinforcing itself in the dynamic segment of digital printing, Stratus Packaging is establishing itself as a skilled operator.

Global actor

With this acquisition, Isidore Leiser expands the group's scope of intervention, and pursues the strategy that aims to make Stratus Packaging a global player in self-adhesive labelling: "Our ambition is to build a strong group in all areas of printing. We remain vigilant to all the opportunities that will allow us to offer all our customers the widest and most complete range of solutions."
